Refund and Return Policy

At Au Supplement Co, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium peptides. Please review our refund and return policy below for details on how we handle various situations.

Shipment Tracking and Non-Delivery

• We track every shipment to ensure safe delivery.
• If your order does not arrive within 30 days, we will issue a 100% refund, including the shipping fee, for the entire order.

Damaged Shipments

• If your shipment arrives damaged, take a photo of the damaged item alongside a paper showing the date the picture was taken.
• Email the photo to orders@ausfitnessco.com with the subject “Refund” and your order number.
• We will refund 100% of the damaged items’ cost. If the entire order is damaged, the shipping fee will also be refunded.

Partial Delivery

• If only part of your shipment arrives, we will refund the cost of the items that did not arrive.
• The shipping fee will not be reimbursed in cases of partial delivery.

Partial Damage

• If you ordered multiple items and only some arrive damaged, we will refund the cost of the damaged items only.
• The shipping fee will not be reimbursed in cases of partial damage.

Reshipment Option

• Instead of a refund, you may request a reshipment of your order.
• Au Supplement Co will cover the shipping costs for the replacement, ensuring prompt delivery of your premium peptides.

Non-Refundable Conditions

• Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind after purchase.
• Refunds will not be issued if the product appears used or tampered with before submitting a damage claim photo.

Refund Claim Window

• You must report damages within 5 days of receiving your shipment.
• After this period, if no damages are reported, the order will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Western Union Refunds

• For Western Union refunds, email us your name and location.
• Once processed, we’ll email you an MCTN number.
• Au Supplement Co will cover all fees and shipping costs for these refunds.

Bitcoin Refunds

• For Bitcoin refunds, provide your wallet address.
• We’ll return the dollar amount in Bitcoin to your wallet, covering any associated fees.
